Bynx Launches the Future of Fleet and Mobility Management Insight Series

The future of fleet and mobility management is in need of insights. Now more than ever. As we move out of lockdowns and into a new kind of normal, it’s time to collaboratively share ideas and seek expertise from industry insiders.
To that end, we’ve launched a Fleet Future Insight series in partnership with Asset Finance International. Issue 1 is out now and considers the future shape of the fleet market. As Coronavirus vaccines help stabilise the pandemic and help the global economy back to full strength, we ask – what’s next?
Issue 1 also features interviews with key industry experts. We have Arval’s Miguel Cabaca, who recently moved from his role of UK managing director to head up the leasing company’s operations in Spain. We’ve also got industry consultant Keith Allen. Way too many firms still relying on outdated fleet technology

Outdated fleet technology is weighing them down, Says Keith Allen, vehicle leasing industry veteran and ex-ALD Automotive UK MD who is now working for Bynx as a freelance consultant.
Allen warns that as brokers position for power and influence over the industry, businesses that are still reliant on 20-25-year-old legacy systems will not be able to compete in the new “usership” and car-sharing future.
He has some sage advice about how companies can position for the new futures. Click here to read the full press release……
Digital Signing More Important than ever

It’s critical in fleet, leasing and mobility management to ensure contracts are watertight. So digital signing is more important than ever, especially when many people are still socially distancing. In a recent release of its flagship product, Bynx announced that it had partnered with Adobe Sign to further enhance its online signature capabilities. Interestingly, prior to lockdown, more than a third of business leaders (37%) told Adobe researchers that they have problems with agreements that are missing signatures, initials or dates or that have been signed by the wrong person. An electronic signature is a “package” of information that binds everything together, which helps negate these issues and delivers enhanced security and better compliance to fleet and mobility leaders.
