Grey fleet management: increasing numbers of employees are making working from home a more permanent feature in their lives and abandoning the company car. Instead, they are opting to use their own vehicle for occasional business use, a trend that’s set to continue as long as the Coronavirus pandemic persists. This is what’s called “the grey fleet” and it introduces risk for the fleet manager that wouldn’t otherwise be there.
